They are there at you beckon call to either bait, replace rigs, net your catch and filet them on the way back to port or right on the dock.
They stay active to keep your focus on what you came down to do and that's "Fishing!!"
Remember they work hard for you and rely on your generous tips for their efforts since that is how they earn their keep.
Captain/Owner of Russell's Fishing Dave Russell is a native Delawarean. He has spent most of his life fishing off of the coast of the Delmarva Peninsula. His fishing career started with his twin brother in 1986 working at Faulkners Pier as deckhands on the Captain's Lady III.
His passion for fishing pushed him to pursue a U.S.C.G. Master Captains license that he finally achieved in 1997.
In 1999 he decided to venture out on his own to start his own charter fishing business after procuring his first boat a 50' Charter Boat named Elani K until 2006. Previous to parting ways with Elani K he purchased a 60' DMR in 2005 and named the vessel after his beloved daughter Shyanne. Hence the name Miss Shyanne.
To this day he has successfully run his Headboat and Private Charter business with the help of his lovely wife Lisa and their children Tyler, Kelsey and Shyanne.
